Second Marriage From Indonesia

I would like to have a second marriage in Indonesia. I’m planning to marry in November. As far as I have researched, Indonesia requires a CNI for marriage registration in Indian embassy. But since I’m married is it possible to get a CNI certificate
What is a CNI certificate? In worst circumstances we can definately file a writ in the court and ask them to issue a certificate which is required. as far as I know these countries only allow when a person is not married, in case of polygamous marriage they countries don't allow marriages.
