Sir/Ma'am,
My father died in 2012.Then,My grand father died in 2014.I belong to a Muslim family.My uncles say that you don't have rights in property because your father died before your grandfather.
Does your father have any of his self acquired property? Or all the properties belong to your grand father ! Even if you don’t have any share in the property thenceforth your uncles Islamic duty is to give you the share though it’s not an obligation! However if u r unmarried then u have maintenance rights etc
