Facing Marriage Issue I don't want live with my wife.

Me and my wife we both are living in same city together after marriage. And after 2 months of marriage, I got separated from my wife reason behind it I got the transferred by company in another city. I told her to come with me but she didn't come because she is on Job, that's why she didn't come after being separated he filed wrong DV act case on me and my family. The court case is still pending and after 2 year again she filed wrong FIR of 498A against me and my family. I was not living with since 2 years is she can do this....?
In this situation what can I do...?
Can I send her legal notice to live together....?

Sorry to know about your situation. If you are willing to cohabit with her then you may file petition for restitution of conjugal rights before the family court calling upon her to restart the cohabitation with you. You nay also try to amicably solve the dispute with the help of friends and relatives.

After having number litigation you think so that she will come and even if you find ten percent about her chances to come, then you should definitely issue legal notice to her bro. for restitution of conjugal rights and make alternate prayer for mutual divorce and quash up all proceedings.

It is quite risky to send her a Legal Notice to start living with you, that is, to cohabit and consummate marriage with you. Better, you send her a Legal Notice of Divorce. Parallely file a case in High Court to get all the FIRs' filed by her against you to be quashed with immediate effect, as such FIRs' holds no substantive evidence against you.
