my wife filed a fake dv case in 2022 can i file a case against her in 2026 and if i can what r my remedies

You need not provide all evidence at the initial stage. Basic identity, relationship and incident details are sufficient to initiate proceedings under the DV Act. Marriage proof, address proof, medical records, messages and other evidence can be submitted subsequently.
