एक लड़की है जिसे, 2nd शादी करना चाहती है Court Marriage, जिसकी पहले से शादी हो राखी है, Divorce Court से नहीं, हो रखा है, और Court में Case Pending है [Dowry, Rape, Etc, Domestic Violence] | 7 साल से, क्या वो शादी कर सकती है, [मुस्लिम धरम है]?
You cannot marry unless the marriage is dissolved/ divorce granted.
If there exists any cruelty under law, then you can even seek khula on such grounds. Since cruelty is a term which is interpreted in great length and breadth, there is a good possibility things will work in your favour.
