Trafiic challan for not having valid insurance
10-Dec-2023 (In Motor Accident Law)
I got traffic challan by traffic police on 5 nov for not having insurance and Pollution certificate He gave m 10 jan 2018 date to appear court and seized my DL and RC But i want to collect my RC and DL now I need it. What to do ?
Generally, the challan if referred to traffic court then only on the date of hearing the amount of challan can be deposited, but if you require the same prior to next date of hearing then you can file a proper application in the concerned court of law in proper provision

You can file an application for preponment of date of challan by giving details of urgency and if the court satisfy with your grounds then the court will take your challan on the same date or the shortest date possible
