If a tractor do not touch a bike but a death of lady occured due to overspeeding but the party is saying that death occurred due to touch of tractor in his bike how I amcan safe my vehicle

you can take insurance for your bike however lady got killed we have to see under the motor vehicle act so you have to see whether you are covered under the motor vehicles act so it has to be seen if under the act or not
