If the amount has been transferred incorrectly through Navi UPI, you should immediately raise a complaint through the Navi App against the concerned transaction and request reversal/refund. You should also approach your bank/Navi customer support and preserve the transaction ID, date, amount and screenshots of the transaction. If the grievance is not resolved, the matter may be escalated through the NPCI UPI dispute redressal mechanism. If the transaction is unauthorized or fraudulent, appropriate remedies under the applicable banking and cybercrime laws may also be pursued. If, despite exhausting the available grievance redressal mechanisms, the issue remains unresolved, you may consider approaching the appropriate High Court by filing a writ petition seeking appropriate directions for redressal of your grievance.
