Traffic nc challan illegal imposed

Yesterday i went to one of bank with my father for life certificate verification and parked my car outside bank
Today i got notice of illegal parking and section 122/177/179 has been imposed with amount 600. I have two major concern. First is my dad is paralysis patient and therefore need 2_3 person support to carry and thats why i parked outside for his convenience and section why i am imposed 179 even though i have not interacted with any official. Is there a way charges can be dropped.... I am feeling injustice
