Regarding Hit and Run Death Penalty
24-Aug-2023 (In Motor Accident Law)
My wife passed away in a car accident on 21st July 2019 (in Ghaziabad). Me and her were on a bike and some unidentified vehicle hit us from behind where she died on the spot. Now various advocates are approaching me and telling that they will get me a compensation of INR 5 lakh by filing a case in Tis Hazari Court.
I need information regarding this and the crediblity of the advocate's statements.

First of all, let me tell you that Ghaziabad is within the jurisdiction if U.P. And Tis Hazari Court comes in Delhi... So don’t get fooled by them...
And if you want to file an application for compensation then you must file FIR in the nearest police station first...then further proceeding will take place...
