Regarding Death And Accident Vehicle claim

My father got died in accident on 22/08/2020 in Nerul, Navi Mumbai. He is auto-rickshaw driver and age is 50. The other vehicles who involved in accident leave the accident scene and still not get caught up by police. I tried to apply for insurance death claim and vehicle repair claim. The death claim got rejected because it doesn't have personal accident cover, the vehicle repair also got rejected because it doesn't mention nominee name in policy. They said you need sensation certificate for solving nominee issue. But it will take time , as my vehicle is in garage, the garage cost is also going increasing day by day as it is not giving me my vehicle back. I really need help regarding death claim and vehicle repair, please guide me.
