Intentional accident by driver

I had been run over by a over speeding car over a year ago outside anil ambanis house on the colaba side. There were 10 bystanders and there the van of cops arrived. It's been 1 year they have not found the guy. But the cop wanted to settle the insurance bill somehow. There are over 15 cameras in a 200 my radius.
dear client Check with criminal case whether Police seized the offending vehicle or not. whether they got any vehicle from CC TV footage as per your inputs. You can file Application in court for compensation after offending vehicle and it's driver seized by Police.

Well, don't come under pressure. Lodge a Case in Court directly. If Cops will threaten you, somehow make a Video Recording of such cops and give it to Media. Produce it in Court and get the Judgement in your favor.
