29-Nov-2023 (In Motor Accident Law)
An FIR is registered on me on November 2018 in guindy police station Chennai. How to proceed further to court as it's been 1 year since FIR is registered.
cheque the status of FIR in the local court with the help of an advocate. you can contact me for that. You will need to find out if chargesheet has been filed or not. If chargesheet has been filed then a adjournment date would be fixed for you to attend the case. It is normal for such FIRs to take such long time. But, when trial commences, you will be constrained to attend every week.

sir you may first ask the concerned police station if they not respond then you file the case against police. then they will sent summons to you them you may go to court and pay fine amount for your offence based on your accident offence.
