Q: How To Identify ThePatta Type And Title

My mother bought land in the year of 92 from person B . (Patta is currently in the name of my mother. )Person B bought the same land from person A in the year 91.patta transferred from person A to bPerson A has no mother document only patta in his own name from the year 1972.This is our only property provided by my mother. Please advise. Now person x raised issue to register office through RDO mentioned that this land is provided under condition patta so it should not be sold and government should tak ownership. We are not sure what condition they have provided patta to A.

Advocate M. Chandrasekaran answered
sir first you check the current online patta and also online ec and guide line value of your property. if you check both then only we come to conclusions regarding with X complaint pending before RDO. incse if it's in tamilnadu after UDR patta period some of the property went under 0 value and converted to government land. there is no possibility to change the patta without your knowledge. you must face the proceedings of RDO.
