i met with n accident before 2 years

i met with an accident before 2 years and the case is come my side and in claim they asking me money. what they in hospital when i didn't do any mistake then too should i pay them in claim if there was no mistake of mine then to should i pay the money to the opposite person
You can challenge the case in appeal in MFA before High Court and contend that compensatory must be paid by insurers and insurers are not made party you must content that it was contributory negligence.
