Got Involved in accident/FIR for which i am not at fault

Recently while going to my village with my family in a car. I was on a straight path extreme right. A scooty person without helmet all of a sudden fell on my left side between the two left gates of car. It could be due to some misbalance on his side. I helped him up and he suggested a hospital which was very far. I paid 5000 via UPI he asked . Next day his family called that he had bone fracture. He has now filed FIR with 125(a)(b)281. His scooty registration/fitness/insurance is also expired.
