Foreign travel following a road traffic accident

02-Oct-2023 (In Motor Accident Law)
I met with a road traffic accident driving a car in a national highway. The person who crossed road outside the designated zebra crossing was hit and expired on the spot. My car was seized and subjected to Inspection and released. A FIR was filed and my licence was seized and I was let go on bail by the inspector saying a summon will be sent from court and I should appear then. Now I need to go abroad for personal reasons (3-4 days). Do I have any legal issue in traveling abroad..? Do I need to get any permission? Please let me know what to do. Thanks in advance
