Drunk and Drive issue 2 weeks back in hennai

I was caught for drink and drive couple of weeks ago in Chennai...I just had one Breezer and the breath analyser showed 66mg...Police noted down my mobile #, Name and vehicle # in the Breathe analyser report with pen and asked me to pay 3k .I paid and left...Today I got a message from VK-courts mentioning "get information about your cases anywhere anytime using 2 ways". I am worried now if a case is filed against me in the court? Can you please advice me on how to proceed further.
The Motor vehicles Amendment Act 2019 was passed by the Rajya Sabha on July 31st and August 9th the President gave his consent and it was notified in the Gazette. However, after August 20th for drunken driving, the motorist has to pay the fine amount of Rs. 10000/- in the mobile court only.
