Accident case which is false put on me under sec 279,337,338

Sir/ madam I have been booked under 279, 337,338 motor vehicle act, the byke person suddenly took u turn and hit us on highway with out divider and fell down with pillion rider. I Tried to avoid him by putting full brraks. On both sides of road was it was deep. If I took on any side we would have faced death. Now what is the punishment for this? Being govt official how to go about it. It was purely byke persons mistake
