Accident and accused And need advice from a lawyer about the judgement

Hello sir, My friend who is a Government teacher was driving his car and accidentally hit a motorcycle on which a family was going... This resulted in death of the woman who was sitting on backseat.... The driver of the scooter has no driving licence ... My friend who is accused has valid driving licence and car has third party insurance. 304 a and 337 sections were put on him and on the same day we took STATION BAIL with two employees... And we released him. As he is a Govt Employee is there any chance of imprisonment under those sections... Which might lead to his suspension. He is also ready to give financial support to that family. What is your opinion on this case. Local lawyers said that... For employees there won't be any imprisonment. They May have to pay fine we will go to LOK ADALATH and there wont be any imprisonment which might result in suspension from his job. Is that true?? Please tell what is your opinion on this case sir..
