a van came wrong side and i hit the van . i was driving a bike

i do have a lerners liscense . i didnt carried a liscensed person in my back. we reported the case at police station, they too told that was the mistake of the van driver and my problem is my bike only have third party insurance . Is there any option to claim money for my bike and me? the accident caused siveor damage to my bike.
You can file a petition before the Motor Accident Claim Tribunal for your injury as well as the petition for damages. And please make sure that the negligence of the van driver must be reported in the Police Report.
