What is the process to transfer property by will


20-Aug-2023 (In Landlord/Tenant Law)
I purchased a land 25 years back its registered in sub register office but Katha is not transferred to his name can i write a will for that land to my son

is the property registered under your name? if yes then you dont need to transfer the property if you are making a will. you can mention it in your will that after your demise your property will be transferred to your son and he would be the sole owner of the property. the other option you have is during your livelihood you can transfer the property in your son's name as well.

Sir, u perched a land and its registered before sub register office so due to land is in name of ur title ,u have self acquire property ,u r owners of land so u have legal right to Wii in favour of ur son rest on VI's a. Vise
