What is the procedure to deposit rent in court?

I stay in thane west. My landlord is not accepting rent since one year nor helping any Reparing work also. Now I want to deposit rent in court then were is court in thane ? Which building and which dept. Were we can submit our rent? And guide me the procedure also.
Dear Sir,
you can deposit rent with Rent Controller Court , otherwise landlord can evict you , kindly contact any local layer from Thane and do the needful.
Its is a general Ground for Landlord to evict the tenant as per section 14 of Rent Control Act.
