What are the legal ways to evict tenant?

Under leave and license agreement rent date is 7th whereas tenant gave me cheque of 23rd jan16. His past cheques getting bounced. My agreement ends on 9-5-16. How to evict him under breach of agreement
As per the terms and conditions of ur leave and license agreement if the licensee is not making payment of license fee within stipulated period u have to give the legal notice for the said breach of agreement terms to him.

if you are having registered leave and license you may file a legal proceedings before competent authority. you may also file suit for eviction before small cause court. if the cheques are bounced then by issuing legal notice and in compliance of u/S. 138 of N.I. Act you may prosecute him by filing criminal case.
