What action can be taken against the Tenant if he disappears ?

You and your tenant can enter in to formal agreement, where in your tenant has to offer to vacate the premises and admit the rent dues payable by him to you also he should offer to sell the equipments placed in your premises for a certain price & request you to adjust that amount towards dues payable to you. You should sign the agreement agreeing to accept the offer and purchase the equipment from him to become the rightful owner and absolve tenent from the said liability to that extent. After executing this agreement, you as the absolute owner, can sell tge equipment and can take possession of the premises. If anybody interferes when you are selling the equipments you have purchased from your erstwhile tenant, approach police seeking protection.
