Tenant filed FIR under section 501 What can be done

23-Jul-2023 (In Landlord/Tenant Law)
The tenants above our flat const a bathtub in their bathroom w’out BMC or society approval . A heavy leak seeped into our flat. 6 trays of water collected every 3 hrs, finally one day ceiling plaster fell on my fathers head( Age-82).Got a FIR regist agst the tenant. My mother 70 yrs wh0 had a eye surg asked the tenant's wife to look on the leak , she slammed the door on her face. This agitated me & posted the pict of the leak on my Facebook wall with a messg Torture of Senior Citizens by a teacher from ..... school. In 2 days the leak was repaired & later they filed an FIR under section 501

Since you are landlord it your responsibility to repair building and it is not tenant responsibility. So first you have to repair and get it done by concern conttactor. Second thing you did very mistake that posted on facebook , which you should not have been done. It is better for you to settle it amicable. It is in the both person interest.
