We urgently need to engage a lawyer in Pune to file a suit to get rent receipts and the refundable security deposit from the flat owner. We want to vacate the flat by 31 st August 2023 and had informed the flat owner a month back but he is not responding.
This is my advice to you:
1 You can issue a legal notice by a lawyer;
2 You can also file for recovery by filing a case in small causes court where matters are expidited;
3 You can also file a CR in police station;
4 You need to give more details;
