Owner defrauded lease of property what can i do legally

We had leased a house for a period of 2years paying 12 lacs. Amount to be returned after 2 years. But 3rd we got to know that the house was purchased on loan. And the bank has been troubling us to vacate. Owner do not attend our calls.
Should have lease agreement between you and your land lord you can file the Case against him under rent control act ...without notice is there cause of action will arise ..are as soon as possible contact the legal consultant
