Nuisance by a woman in the hostel what action can we take

We are running a hostel under the name of Padma Bhandari Working Women Hostel on no profit no loss basis and providing a safe and secure place with healthy environment to the in mates.Hostel has sufficient rules and regulations for discipline and behavior and we take undertaking from the ladies and their guardians at the time of admission.And now the real issue.....one lady creating problems in the hostel ,fighting with her room mates and mentally torturing and so the environment is no more healthy. Her room mates had given a written complaint against her ,management tried tried to calm her. What action can we take?

You can first file a suit for permanent and mandatory injunction for permanently restraining her not to create any nuisance inthe hostel and mandatory to hand over the physical vacany possession of the room incase of her failure tp do so
