My flatmate creating problem as I am leaving early but i spoke to the

Hii i just signed on a simple white paper with my friend that if anyone leaves the house early he/she will still have to pay the rent till the agreement is over so can she file any case against me? And the signature I did i don't use it in banks or any other important places.

if it is registered or signed under the presence of witnesses then they may use it against you.
however, if no witnesses were present when the papers were signed then they cannot move the court.
it seems like it's an unregistered agreement so it can fall back on them as they are renting property to evade taxes to the government.

This is my response to you:
1. You will have to honour terms of the agreement;
2. If you do not then then your co tenant can take action against you;
3. But if you give a notice of early termination then you can leave the flat;
4. Consult a local lawyer and take steps.
