Landlord sold the flat and is asking to move out what can we do

18-Jun-2023 (In Landlord/Tenant Law)
Our landlord has sold the flat we live in and is asking us to vacate the premises. We only just moved into the flat on 1 May 2015. We have not been given a written notice yet, which is written in the rent agreement, but the new owners have paid us a visit and asked to vacate the premises within a month. We were not informed that the flat is up for sale when it was rented to us. We are 2 students and can hardly afford to spend time moving every couple of months let alone paying the brokerage and other charges associated with it. Is there anything we can do?

Immediately move an application before rent controller and obtain restraint order against illegal vacation or move a suit for injunctions against illegal vacation and also asked for appropriate time. But due to non availability of terms of rent agreement proper legal advice couldn't be given
