landlord selling house in just 2 months after renting house

My landlord is selling his house . It is just 3 months and he did not inform us before that he wants to sell this house. Now he is selling this house asking us to leave. We have spent money in shifting the house and other regular expenses during shifting. It is not easy to shift house in just 3 months. What can we do? Do landlord compensate the expenses ?

Sir, You may file a suit for temporary injunction and damages in the appropriate Hon’ble Court.

An injunction may stay the transfer of property for an ordered time period; thereafter, the matter may be settled at mediation after claiming the damages.
