Landlord is not accepting rent what can I do

Badani building at Mandvi Koliwada in south Mumbai 400 003 building owner is not accepting rent. the tenant has posted cheque with letter and reqested to accept rent but it was return back to the tenant
You sent check every month and keep in your record. If landlord will take action against you it will be evidence from your side and case shall be in your favour also do not worry. Wait and watch let see what landlord take action against you.
