In collaboration with the new tenant, our ex land lord is blaming us for damaging things which were already damaged or broken in the house. She has neglected the property and is now blaming us for not letting her know about petty issues like a crack on the switchboard. Basically everything that the new tenant wants to get done as per her whims and fancies is being blamed on me and my husband. She's using reverse psychology so that we give in and beg her for our deposit back. Pls guide. Thank you
