Illegal demand by Landlord for vacating house

Recently i moved to rent house i was delayed paying advance suddenly owner has locked the house even after requesting and beging he did not open. After a day owner asked to pay 10000.00, but we have transferred 15000.00 to his account to pack the house article, i requested that until i get the house i required the time. Now i.e, yesterday he is demanding to pay 2.00 lacs then he will allow me to pack or vacate the house, also he telling me that he will lodge the complaint at police stations against us. My query is why i should pay him 2.00 lacs for vacating my house. Mainly he demanding to repaint the entire house when he didn't allow to stay in the house, expect 3 day i stayed almost everyday i slept in the step of the apartment and in the railway station. Need few clarifications from your end. . Have you entered into agreement with the owner?
. Is it you had only kept your articles in the house and not resided there?
. How have you transferred the amount to your owner?
Don't make any payment to your owner and instead you give a police complaint on him for threatening and demanding money and not allowing to take my articles. Seek for police protection to open the lock and take back your articles.

if you have rent agreement with him don't worry file the case against him and he arrogantly blackmailing you just lodge the complaint against him. And owner several rights as per the same tenant also have some rights ..owner con't escaping
