How to recover rent of agricultural land

I have 2.75 acres land in village harigarh tehsil dirba Sangrur, but in khasra girdawari my uncle name games, but he is not paying me rent. My land is in joint account with other parties. How can I recover my rent from him . Where is patwari wrote rent legally. Can I complained to sdm office.

Ur uncle must be recorded in the column of cultivator and you recorded in Owner column?
What is in recorded in fard jamabandi even it is a joint account?
