home damaged by tenant who did not pay rent and dealer giving threats

Our home at uttam Nagar was found slightly damaged. The tenant didn't pay rent since June 2016. Kamal property was collecting rent gave us threats. What to do?
For threats you may approach the concerned police station to file complaint against the property agent. To sort out the tension between you & tenant please meet personally with a lawyer. You have to pick the way of court to get the possession of your precisious property.
