For flat given on lease society is charging more than 10& service charges extra in a way of interest free deposit. This is a way to garner more money in a roundabout manner. What is the remedy?. In addition the society is taking much more for open space car parking as compared to resident members
You need to first issue a legal notice for the illegal demands of society through an advocate. you can also raise your grievances before registrar by filing written complaint by proper legal course.
