Sir shop ko khali karne ka order h but hume thoda time or chaiye so what we can do ?? Give me suggestion
Court have pass ordered to evict the shop and u required time so first u file appeals again at the court orders with stay applications in the appellate court on the Strong ground and sec if execution is filed by opp party then applied for stay in the releven high court under relevent law rest on VI's a vise
