Can Landlord threaten Tenant to throw him out of his shop

I have been tenant a shop from 27 years but owner want to throw me out  from the shop .he threatened me many times .he said he fall down roof at night nd throw my things out from shop.so I hired advocate nd court gave me stay order but he sold out shop so what should I do

Preposition once a tenant always a tenant always suits you and by operation of law you become tenant of new landlord and this subsequent sale does not effects your rights. So your rights are protected and subsequent landlord ha only one right to go against you and that is by due course of law
