Terminated with reason leave request not submitted from HRMS

I am Branch Manager is CSB Bank, due to my mother's critical health issues I was on leave from 27/06/24 However, due to no significant improvement in my mother's condition, I was perforce, required to be away from physical presence in the office and had to keep postponing re-joining date. But I continued to intimate my L-1 and L-2 Manager about the further period of absence and compelling reasons for the same through WhatsApp (initially) then email. Now my bank terminated me, please guide me

Well, you can challenge your termination in Court and can request court to reinstate you or to grant you compensation for unfair dismissal on the ground of absentism, for which, you have the genuine and valid reasons to remain absent from work for your mother's health issues regards which you have informed your managers too.

You may challenge the termination. First you will have to send a legal notice through your counsel to the banking showing your willing ness to continue the service and asking it to roll back their termination order. If it doesn't then you will have to raise the dispute
