Your case may be a borderline case, and we need to check the conditions and circumstances under which you were granted a favourable bail order. For that you need to discuss this in detail with us. You may contact us for a detailed discussion on the subject.

Employment in any organisation is dependent upon the administrative powers and regulations of the organisation. There is no law which can dictate the hiring of any employee. However if you are terminated unlawfully, that can be challenged in the court. For more clarification feel free to connect. Thanks

Hi there, as bail doesn't mean acquittal therefore you will still be under scrutiny in a criminal case. Hence, getting back to your job will be a little difficult. However, after knowing all the facts and circumstances of the case we can find some option for you. Thus, it's advisable to contact me and provide requisite details to assist you better.

After conviction in a POCSO case, dismissal from govt service is generally valid. Being on bail during appeal does not restore service. Only if conviction is stayed/set aside by appellate court can reinstatement be sought.
