Regarding rejoining of govt services after bail

Actually I have been terminated from services of govt teacher after a conviction from pocso case. Can I rejoin the services while on the bail

After conviction in a POCSO case, dismissal from govt service is generally valid. Being on bail during appeal does not restore service. Only if conviction is stayed/set aside by appellate court can reinstatement be sought.
