Regarding rejoining of govt services after bail
03-Feb-2026 (In Labour & Service Law)
Actually I have been terminated from services of govt teacher after a conviction from pocso case. Can I rejoin the services while on the bail
Employment in any organisation is dependent upon the administrative powers and regulations of the organisation. There is no law which can dictate the hiring of any employee. However if you are terminated unlawfully, that can be challenged in the court. For more clarification feel free to connect.

Hi there, as bail doesn't mean acquittal therefore you will still be under scrutiny in a criminal case.
Hence, getting back to your job will be a little difficult.
However, after knowing all the facts and circumstances of the case we can find some option for you.
Thus, it's advisable to contact me and provide requisite details to assist you better.
