Kindly send the agreement between you and company for the services which will be provided by you. After going through the agreement , if everything is alright then we can send legal notice to the company for breach of contract and demand the amount for the same.

We will need to review the documentation involved between you and the company. Please provide your signed contract with the company, the invoices, emails with the company as to why are they refusing to pay your invoices. Regards Adv. Shalu Bhatia

File a commercial recovery suit if the payment is regarding business only if the payment is for business if other then. That then youll have to file a recovery suit for non payment of dues Jurisdiction will be where the deal was locked between both the parties

The best option available to you is write a complaint to Labour Commissioner. It is advisable that the complainant is given after consulting a lawyer. Most of the complaints get settled before the labour commissioner before filing of the case
