Procedure to file complaint for the harassment at workplace

Would like to file a case against a person for workplace harassment. What r the options?
you can file a complaint for harassment against the concerned person with your senior officer in the company who has been designated to look after such issues otherwise the same can be filed with the local police station/authorities. The only thing you should be sure about is to be able to provide the necessary evidence pertaining to the complaint.
