Not paying salary since 4 months

I'm working since 6 months. Management is not paying my salary since November, 2023 (4 months) even after asking multiple times. Whenever I ask them, they say "few more days few more days. We have applied for a loan, once we get loan money, we will clear your pending payments".
hi if the company is not paying the salary for the past few months then you could issue legal notice asking them to pay back the areear amount and if they failed to take action then you could file civil case for recovery of amount

Hello , you can approach us we will try to help you in getting a salary from your companyby sending a legal notice to your company stating your salary is not paid by them and we mention in notice if they won't pay u salary we will go for consumer court, need ur docs like your company appointment letter, your aadhar card, your company Id card
