Non receipt of work exp and relieving letter

I worked in a company registered in Delhi. As per appointment letter, I was sent on deputation to its client at Noida since the first day. The company emailed and removed me from services after 3+ years. I have reminded in email to the company for work exp and relieving letter. No response. Am I lawfully eligible for work exp and relieving letter. Had filed multiple complaints through eDistrict and by email to local labour office. Also met Dy Labour Commissioner. Should I escalate grievance to C

Where At first you have to issue a legal notice there five competition to the labour commissioner and X all the document appointment letter and emails First you have t Vaaliba Commissioner Shiva notice thereafter next date the respondent comes and file their WS rejoined than the o file

Yes sir you should escalate the grievance. Though instead of directly approaching you can approach through your legal counsel, which ultimately makes the matter to resolve on a priority basis. Most of the personal sent complaints are ignored by the authorities.

Hi there, since you have already raised the issue with the labour commissioner and haven't got any result yet then you should approach the court. However, in order to approach the court, be it civil or labour court, some points need to be verified. Which are: 1. Reason for termination 2. Nature of job 3. Reply (if any) of the requests to the labour office 4. Employment Agreement Based on these an appropriate strategy can be devised for you to get relief in the present issue. Yes. After 3+ years’ continuous service, you are entitled to experience and relieving letters. Non-response is illegal. Escalate to Labour Commissioner, issue legal notice, and file complaint under labour laws.
