Legal action against employer for not giving ESI card

My employer is deducting certain amount fron the salary of every employee but no one received their ESI card from last 2 years.Where the money is going? He is cheating 20 plus workers. not even paying for sundays
Hi good evening first of all you can ask him why is he doing so did u have all correct documents where is the receipts and all why has not anyone received any esi card u can file a case of fraud and cheating and then ask him is doing so

1. You should file an RTI before ESI office to know the status of your ESI registration done by your company.
2. In response to your RTI if you get to know that your company has not deposited any money then file a complaint before labour commissioner and then drag your company before the court for the same.

Criminal case can be files by all employees or u can file single. Schedule a meeting with all relevante papers to get best advise and gutter legal action. U will get ur durd /esi/ pf , employee has to pay fine 10 times more .
