It is possible to get a job in place of brother

Is it possible aperson ( Netai saha )getting a govt. Job instead of his brother's name( ranjit saha). That person (Netai saha)was dead and his wife (sovarani saha ) already got the pension . But still his brother(ranjit saha) is alive . The sons and wife of Netai saha use the name of Ranjit saha as father & husband in voter card & adhar card etc etc. Ranjit saha is already maried and they has only son His brother is married now and he has son also. As result ranjit saha got 2 wives & 3 son. What will i do to the fact .
This is very tragic, even after you yourself know the facts, still you did not went to any Advocate for help and after so many days you want a pro-bono service. Anyone impersonating others are subjected to judicial review. Please understand that may now there will be no problem but after your death (God forbids) critical legal complications may arise. Please consult any Advocate because this matter cannot be solved on pro-bone!
