How to recover money from client who is cheating many vendors

I have bussiness of stones. I have party(client ) in Jaipur and he is not giving me payment and he is denying. He has already eaten manoey from many vendors and if someone sends him legal notice then he dont reply over him and accept it. It is very big issue for me. Please suggest how to get my money from him?
It is better to lodge an fir against the person under section 420 and 406 IPC. Police authorities won't register the fir you have to approach the magistrate for it. Do not send legal notice. If u send it, he will say that it is civil nature. Just file an fir.

First we will send him legal notice and then file criminal against him. After registering fir we will transfer case to sog. Also contact to persons cheated by him. We have to file maximum case against him so that bail couldn't granted to him. After going behind the bars he will definitely pay your amount to come out request you to compromise the matter
