Full and final not paid for 6 years

Hi,
My previous employer has not paid my FnF dues since 2016 and has not provided any response to the legal notice sent through the lawyer. They did not appear before the labor officer. I feel the CEO of that time has stolen my FnF dues. He also publicly ashamed me when I went to take my dues and asked the security to remove me from the office.
Well now, you lodge a Police Complaint against him and get this Police Complaint converted into FIR under the charges of Misappropriation of your Salary and Cheating under the concerned provisions of the IPC, 1860.
